NEW YEAR MESSAGE

Although the year ended with much grief and sorrow brought about by the tragedy that is Sendong, IPDI welcomes the New  Year with renewed vigor and hope ---  an optimism that is founded on the magnanimous outpouring of solidarity and love from all over the country and abroad in making the spirit of Christmas  --of sharing and of “Bayanihan”  felt even in the face of dire circumstances.

Typhoon Sendong and other development obstacles will always be there to be faced but we can always count on the communitarian spirit of the Filipinos to prevail.   It is in this spirit of resiliency that we invite you to join us in welcoming 2012 with joy and courage, and as always as a people who never forgets to smile.
